The terms that govern your use of the Shaster website and related services.

1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using onlineshaster.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. Use of the Kristab and Krypsis products is governed by separate customer agreements.
2. About the Site
The Site provides information about Shaster and its products — Kristab, a field force CRM for pharmaceutical sales teams, and Krypsis, a GRC AI compliance hub — and allows you to request demos and early access. Content on the Site is for general information and does not constitute legal, compliance, or professional advice.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site: no attempting to gain unauthorized access, no interfering with its operation, no scraping or automated data extraction, and no submitting false, misleading, or unlawful information through our forms.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, product names, and software — is the property of Shaster or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without written permission.
5. Demo and early-access requests
Submitting a form does not create a customer relationship or guarantee access to any product. Early access to Krypsis is granted at our discretion and may be subject to additional terms at onboarding.
6. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Product capabilities described on the Site may evolve; committed functionality is defined in your customer agreement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shaster will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our aggregate liability relating to the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100).
8. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
