Shaster builds software for regulated industries: Kristab, a field force CRM for pharmaceutical sales teams, and Krypsis, a GRC AI compliance hub for healthcare and financial institutions. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit onlineshaster.com or contact us about our products.
2. Information we collect
When you submit a form on this site, we collect the details you provide — your name, work email, company, role, and the message you send. We also collect standard technical data (browser type, pages visited, approximate region) to keep the site secure and understand how it is used. We do not collect special-category data through this website.
3. How we use information
We use the information you give us to respond to demo and early-access requests, schedule walkthroughs, and communicate about our products. We use technical data to operate, secure, and improve the website. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Product data and data residency
Data processed inside Kristab and Krypsis is governed by the customer agreement for each product, not by this website policy. Krypsis is designed so that PHI, PII, and cardholder data are scrubbed inside your environment by the on-prem agent; only normalized, non-sensitive metadata reaches the Krypsis cloud. Kristab customer data is processed per the terms agreed with each customer.
5. Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us operate the site and our business (for example, hosting and email delivery), under contractual confidentiality obligations, and where required by law.
6. Retention
We keep contact submissions for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable follow-up period. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
7. Security
We apply administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data we handle, including encryption in transit and access controls. See the Krypsis page for the security architecture of the compliance platform.
